This is designed to pinpoint projects for Meytav, which match some or all of  the following criteria:

  ~ Have in their conception the highest quality of scientific research, ensuring solid 
     proof of concept, IP protection and commercial potential.

  ~ Are spin-offs of exisiting industrial entities, that are willing to assist in R&D, as 
     well as the launching and marketing of the final product.

  ~ That identify a clear opportunity and gap in the market that is currently unfilled.

  ~ That have a potential to create beneficial alliances with a strategic partner or 
      market.

  ~ Are run by experienced, talented entrepreneurs with a strong business 
     (not merely scientific) background

3. Post-Investment Monitoring
Successful applicants are carefully monitored and monitored by Meytav duriung their time in the Incubator. 

  ~ The Meytav Managament team are available on a daily basis for assistance 
      and advice on all aspects of running a company. Companies have access 
      to coninual scientific, financial, managerial, administrative and marketing 
      support and advice from a dedicated team of professionals.
  
  ~ Meytav advise and play a major part in the structuring of company managment 
     and governance, and in the appointment of the Board of Directors.
 
  ~ An experienced professional from Meytav, with expertise in the relevant field, 
     will sit on the company's Board of Directors, providing direct input and hands 
     on advice. 

  ~ Meytav will assist companies to identify and work with strategic partners to 
     ensure professional and financial success in their post-Incubator future, and 
     to maximise a return on investment.

  ~ Companies graduating from the Incubator have the option to retain a Meytav 
      Director on their own Board of Directors.
