SphinxTech Ltd. is a medical device company headquartered in Israel. Underlying Science and Technology
Fecal incontinence is a widespread condition afflicting millions and severely impacting healthcare costs, with only costly and complex surgical solutions or cumbersome, limiting diapers (for the elders) to provide "relief". SphinxTech is developing a minimally invasive "insertable" device that will be positioned by a physician in an out-patient clinic and will be applicable to many or all patients. The company has already filed for a patent protecting the underlying technology of this device, and is already testing is in animal trials.
